Terms & Conditions


1. Applicants are allowed to stay for one week only. In case of extension Secretary's or President's permission is required. Right of admission is reserved.


2. Strictly Not Allowed in the Premises of Bhavan – Liquor / Non-Veg. Foods, Cooking / Washing of Clothes in the Room, Parking of vehicles, Loud Speakers, keeping combustible materials.


3. Booking is done for 2 bedded rooms only however if requested by the guest the family rooms with three beds shall be allotted subject to availability at the time of Check-in or else Extra mattress can be provided in 2 bedded room.


4. Occupation Charge for accommodation is to be paid as per prevailing rate at the time of the stay. Applicants / Yatris have to abide by the rules in force from time to time.


5. Yatris / Members staying in Dhararmshala building do so at their own risks and costs and the management shall not be responsible for any reason. Yatris have to be back in their rooms by 12 midnight. The main gate will be closed after 12.00 midnight to 6.00 am.


6. Passengers are requested to take care of their Luggage and belongings. The Management of Sukkur Panchayat is not Responsible for loss of any valuables of Passengers.


7. Any damage done to the property of Dharamshala will be charged extra.


8. Passengers are requested to inform the reception at least one day prior to Check-Out.
Check – out time is 9.00 a.m. sharp.

10. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and shall be charged as prevailing on the day of occupation / utilisation of service.


11. On Receiving Your Reservation Form Depending on Availability of Rooms for Your Booking Dates, We Will Send you Reply Email Along With Bank Details to Deposit Advance in Our Bank Account. Receipt any, Once Issued Will Not Be Cancelled. or Transfer.


12. Cancellation Charges For Advance Bookings :

      25% Upto → 48 hrs. in advance

      50% Upto → 24 hrs. in advance

      100% - less than 24 hrs.


13. If refund of advance is not claimed without three months of date of receipt, the same will be treated as donation to SHRI SUKKUR PANCHAYAT OF BOMBAY.

14. Rooms are tentatively booked subject to allotment of rooms on any floor on arrival and during the stay of yatris.

15. In the case when rooms have been booked in different names by the same party / group, such rooms may not be allotted.

16. Every effort will be made to allot the room applied / booked. Howeverthe management is not responsible if the same cannot be alloted.

17. No claim shall be entertained in case the room booked for cannot be allotted for any reason whatsoever.

18. Govt. Taxes as applicable shall be charged extra.
