AMENITIES AT SUKKUR BHAVAN LONAVALA


Our amenities here include :


• 39 AC Guest Rooms, comprising of 5 suites, 5 rooms with private open deck areas, a mix of TWIN BEDS, king bed and 2 rooms for handicapped persons.

• All the rooms have been provided with LED TVs with a cable connection of over 80 channels for viewing pleasure.

• Dedicated Room service & housekeeping facilities.

• A 6000 sq feet stilt sit out area overlooking a very modern swimming pool fitted with cascades, rain showers and a children bubble pool.

• For families with children, an entertainment area consisting of indoor games such as table tennis, Air hockey, chess, carom board, etc has been provided in the stilt area.

• We have also provided a small lift especially for senior citizens from stilt level to terrace level.

• There are separate male / female steam rooms at the pool level.

• We have also installed a 12 seat Jacuzzi at the terrace level for your relaxation.

• We have provided a well-demarked child play area with slides swings, etc.

• The Dharamshala is equipped to provide vegetarian food to resident guests.

 

All Guests enjoying our facilities at Mumbai and Lonavala are requested to comply with the following :

1. Guests are allowed to stay for one week per stay. For further extensions, requisite permissions from The President / The Secretary would need to be procured.

2. All rights of admissions are reserved.

3. Prohibitions within the premises: Liquor, Non-veg. food, Cooking, Washing, storage of combustible materials.

4. All charges to be paid as per prevailing rates at the time of stay and all the Guests/ Yatris must abide by the rules in force from time to time.

5. All Guests staying in the premises do so at their own risks and costs and the Management shall not be responsible for any mishaps. All Guests must return to the rooms by 12 midnight and the gates would be closed by that time.

6. Guests are requested to take care of all their personal belongings. The Management is not responsible for loss of any valuables.

7. Any damage to the Dharamshala property will be billed to the Guest responsible for the same.

8. Guests are requested to inform the Reception at least one day prior to Check Out.
